1. Obtention d'une licence Adobe
Avant de pouvoir utiliser les logiciels Adobe, vous devez disposer d'une licence active.
Commander Adobe sur Distrilog
Connectez-vous à la plateforme de logiciels EPFL :
https://distrilog.epfl.ch
Commandez la licence Adobe. Ne pas oublier de cliquer sur le bouton Détails à la fin de la commande.
Activation de la licence
Une fois la commande validée :
- la demande est automatiquement traitée ;
- vous recevez normalement un e-mail de confirmation lorsque votre compte Adobe est activé.
Remarque
Il est possible que l'e-mail de confirmation n'arrive pas ou soit retardé. Dans ce cas, votre licence peut néanmoins avoir été correctement activée.
Par précaution, attendez jusqu'à 1 heure après la commande, puis essayez la procédure de connexion à Adobe Creative Cloud décrite ci-dessous.
2. Installation et connexion à Adobe Creative Cloud
L'application Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop est indispensable pour :
- installer les logiciels Adobe ;
- mettre à jour les applications ;
- accéder aux services Creative Cloud.
Si elle n'est pas déjà présente sur votre ordinateur, vous devez l'installer avant de pouvoir utiliser les applications Adobe.
Télécharger Adobe Creative Cloud
Accédez à l'adresse suivante :
https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/download/creative-cloud
Téléchargez la version correspondant à votre système d'exploitation.
Installation sous Windows
- Exécutez le fichier téléchargé (
Creative_Cloud_Set-Up.exe).
- Autorisez l'installation si Windows le demande.
- Patientez pendant le téléchargement et l'installation.
Installation sous macOS
- Ouvrez le fichier téléchargé (
Creative_Cloud_Installer.dmg).
- Lancez le programme d'installation.
- Suivez les instructions affichées à l'écran.
Première connexion à Adobe Creative Cloud
Une fois l'installation terminée :
- Lancez l'application Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Cliquez sur Connexion.
- Saisissez votre adresse e-mail EPFL complète (par exemple
prenom.nom@epfl.ch) ou simplement @epfl.ch.
- Cliquez sur Continuer.
- Vous êtes automatiquement redirigé vers la page d'authentification Microsoft de l'EPFL.
- Connectez-vous avec votre compte institutionnel Microsoft Entra ID.
Remarque
Adobe utilise le domaine saisi pour identifier votre organisation. Vous pouvez donc saisir soit votre adresse e-mail EPFL complète, soit simplement @epfl.ch afin d'être redirigé vers la page d'authentification Microsoft Entra ID de l'EPFL.
Important
L'authentification Adobe à l'EPFL s'effectue via Microsoft Entra ID. Il ne faut pas utiliser votre compte Adobe personnel pour accéder aux licences Adobe mises à disposition par l'EPFL.
Vérification de la connexion
Pour vérifier que vous êtes correctement connecté :
- Ouvrez l'application Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Cliquez sur votre avatar ou vos initiales en haut à droite.
- Vérifiez que votre adresse EPFL apparaît comme compte connecté.
Vous pouvez alors installer les applications Adobe auxquelles votre licence vous donne accès.
3. Installation des logiciels Adobe
Une fois connecté à Adobe Creative Cloud :
- Ouvrez l'application Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop.
- Sélectionnez l'onglet Applications.
- Parcourez la liste des logiciels disponibles.
- Cliquez sur Installer à côté de l'application souhaitée.
Le téléchargement et l'installation s'effectuent automatiquement.
4. Mises à jour des applications
Les mises à jour sont gérées directement depuis l'application Creative Cloud.
- Ouvrez Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Accédez à l'onglet Applications.
- Cliquez sur Mettre à jour lorsqu'une nouvelle version est disponible.

1. Obtaining an Adobe License
Before you can use Adobe software, you must have an active Adobe license.
Ordering Adobe through Distrilog
Connect to the EPFL software distribution platform:
https://distrilog.epfl.ch
Order the Adobe license. Do not forget to click the Details button at the end of the ordering process.
License Activation
Once your order has been submitted:
- your request is processed automatically;
- you will normally receive a confirmation e-mail when your Adobe account has been activated.
Note
The confirmation e-mail may be delayed or may not arrive at all. In this case, your license may still have been activated successfully.
As a precaution, wait up to 1 hour after placing the order, then try the Adobe Creative Cloud login procedure described below.
2. Installing and Signing In to Adobe Creative Cloud
The Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application is required to:
- install Adobe applications;
- keep applications up to date;
- access Creative Cloud services.
If it is not already installed on your computer, you must install it before you can use Adobe applications.
Downloading Adobe Creative Cloud
Go to:
https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/download/creative-cloud" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"> https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/download/creative-cloud
Download the version corresponding to your operating system.
Installation on Windows
- Run the downloaded file (
Creative_Cloud_Set-Up.exe).
- Allow the installation if prompted by Windows.
- Wait for the download and installation process to complete.
Installation on macOS
- Open the downloaded file (
Creative_Cloud_Installer.dmg).
- Launch the installer.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
First Sign-In to Adobe Creative Cloud
Once the installation is complete:
- Launch the Adobe Creative Cloud application.
- Click Sign In.
- Enter your full EPFL e-mail address (for example
firstname.lastname@epfl.ch) or simply @epfl.ch.
- Click Continue.
- You will automatically be redirected to the EPFL Microsoft authentication page.
- Sign in using your institutional Microsoft Entra ID account.
Note
Adobe uses the entered domain to identify your organization. You can therefore enter either your full EPFL e-mail address or simply @epfl.ch in order to be redirected to the EPFL Microsoft Entra ID authentication page.
Important
Adobe authentication at EPFL is performed through Microsoft Entra ID. Do not use a personal Adobe account to access Adobe licenses provided by EPFL.
Verifying the Sign-In
To verify that you are signed in correctly:
- Open the Adobe Creative Cloud application.
- Click your avatar or initials in the top-right corner.
- Verify that your EPFL e-mail address is displayed as the signed-in account.
You can now install the Adobe applications available under your license.
3. Installing Adobe Applications
Once signed in to Adobe Creative Cloud:
- Open the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application.
- Select the Apps tab.
- Browse the list of available applications.
- Click Install next to the application you want.
The application will be downloaded and installed automatically.
4. Updating Adobe Applications
Application updates are managed directly through the Creative Cloud application.
- Open Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Go to the Apps tab.
- Click Update whenever a new version is available.
